The Ultimate 24 Karat Gold Company Apprenticeship Scheme
Ultimate 24K Gold Co's Apprentice is a young person who receives vocational training in a workshop environment under the instruction and guidance of an experienced master. An Apprenticeship is an excellent way of gaining qualifications and workplace experience.
What will be expected of me?Ultimate 24K Gold Co's Apprenticeship is regarded as a full-time job with integrated training. Apprentices traditionally serve their time up to five years, after which they are made ‘free’ and can become Masters in their own right after a period of further professional development (usually 10 -15 years).
Ultimate 24K Gold Co's Apprenticeship Scheme applicants are required to demonstrate a level of commitment and aptitude in using their hands in a workshop environment. More importantly, prior to being taken on, a workshop trial will take place which gives the potential Ultimate 24K Gold Co’s Apprentice and the Master an opportunity to get to know each other before making a commitment.
What the scheme could lead to?On completion of the Ultimate 24K Gold Co’s Apprenticeship Scheme you could end up becoming a recognised specialist in your field going on to be a Master yourself or even becoming a leading Industry figure.
