About Ultimate 24K Jewellers
Ultimate 24K Gold Company Limited (Ultimate 24K) is a full-service jewellery store and gemological laboratory located in the historic Chinatown neighbourhood of Vancouver, Canada. We are the only jewellery business in British Columbia with a master goldsmith and certified gemologist on-site. Our customers have trusted us to design, appraise, repair, and protect their custom, heirloom, and special occasion jewellery since 1992.

Our guarantee:
Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise. However, we are committed to the complete satisfaction of our customers and offer the following: if your jewellery breaks within one year of the purchase date, we will repair it free-of-charge provided that you present the original receipt. If your merchandise is found to be not authentic* within 15 days of the purchase date, we will provide a full refund with the presentation of the original receipt. *Authenticity requires 2 consistent lab results from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and European Gemological Laboratory (EGL).

Ultimate 24K was Vancouver's first jewellery store to invite tour groups into the store for a gemologist-led talk about Canada's mined gemstones, polar jade discoveries, diamonds from the Northwest Territories, and the importance of jade in Chinese culture (Vancouver City Tours, 2004).

Our apprenticeships:
Ultimate 24K offers apprenticeships to young people in the community who are interested in receiving vocational training in a workshop environment under the instruction and guidance of an experienced Master. The apprenticeship is an excellent way of gaining qualifications and workplace experience.
A potential apprentice must participate in a workshop trial to give the student and Master an opportunity to get to know each other. It is important that applicants can demonstrate that they have a level of aptitude and commitment.
The apprenticeship is like a full-time job with integrated training. Apprentices traditionally work with the Master up to five years. After that, they are free to become Masters in their own right after a period of further professional development, usually 10 to 15 years.
